The science behind the analytics
Meditopus is built on decades of research in psychophysiology and heart rate variability.
We use validated time-domain, frequency-domain, and non-linear HRV indices as defined in international standards (Task Force of ESC and NASPE, 1996). Our proprietary metrics are an interpretation layer built on top of these indices, calibrated to each user's individual baseline.
